On April 13, 2023, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PF-51 was accepted

According to this Decree, until December 31, 2024:

No more than 24 months on loans from commercial banks in national currency allocated by the fund to private contracting organizations for construction of houses with 9 and above floors in Tashkent city, in other cities – 7 and above, and in rural areas – 5 and above guarantee and compensation will be provided for the period.

Compensation regardless of the amount of the loan, it is paid for each multi-apartment house on the part of the loan not exceeding 5 billion soums.

Guarantee 2.5 billion per apartment, regardless of the amount of the loan, provided in an amount not exceeding soums.

In order to give a guarantee and compensation, the number of apartments with an area of not more than 70 square meters should be 70% of the total number of apartments in the building under construction.
