Guarantee

Guarantee – an agreement that makes the borrower responsible to the Company for the borrower’s fulfillment of its obligations to the partner organization.

The Company’s guarantee is provided under loans, leases, letters of credit and bank guarantees of commercial banks; on leases of leasing organizations, on microcredits of microfinance organizations.

The Company’s guarantee is provided to self-employed individuals, small and medium-sized businesses in the amounts indicated in the table below, based on the period of its creation.

Guarantee is not provided for the following areas:

• Production of alcohol and tobacco products and (or) organization of their trade activities;
• Repayment of previous loans or any other debt;
• Organization of activities of insurance companies;
• Purchase of light vehicles that do not participate in the production of supported projects.

The company guarantees only:

• registered and operating in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• not at the stage of completion;
• insolvency proceedings have not been initiated against them;
• at the date of the application, there were no overdue debts for loans, leases, taxes and mandatory fees;
• in CIAC scoring, the rating is classified above category “E” and is offered to borrowers who do not have a negative history of supporting the company.
