Service mortgage – is a relationship in which the Company, on behalf of the project initiator, acquires property (object of transaction) from the seller, conditioned by the Service Mortgage agreement, and transfers it to the project initiator with the right to use it for a period of 7 years for a fee on the terms and conditions established by this agreement.
Service mortgage are provided to entities belonging to medium-sized businesses that have been in operations for more than 24 months and have provided permanent employment of at least 50 people in the last year.
Service mortgage are provided to financially stable business entities (with no overdue debt to the budget, no overdue debt on loans that completed the reporting period with a profit) based on the principles of solvency, repayment and intended use.
The maximum amount of the transaction under consideration for service mortgage should not exceed 10 billion soums.
The company announces an open competition for the provision of service mortgage and entrepreneurs can use this service by taking part in it.
Service mortgage is not provided for the following areas:
A commission of 0.6 percent of the transaction amount is charged for the service mortgage.
