Meeting with representatives of the Asian Development Bank

On June 20 of this year, the meeting was held between representatives of the Asian Development Bank (Bank) and the State Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship Activities (Fund).

The meeting was attended by Head of delegation, chief economist of the financial sector for the Bank’s microfinance development program Andrew McCartney, and Deputy Executive Director of the Fund Jasur Buriyev and Head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Asset Management Kudrat Radjapov.

The parties discussed the study of the microfinance market, the analysis of the activities of microfinance organizations and the guarantees provided by the State to entrepreneurs.

At the same time, the representatives of the Bank were informed about the activities of the Fund, in particular, guarantee and compensation financial assistance, information system “Entrepreneur”.

In addition, the role of commercial banks, funds, and micro and small business entities was considered within the framework of this program, and it was recommended to involve foreign experts to improve the Fund’s activities.

In order to organize new types of services based on the recommendations of international financial organizations, they focused on creating more favorable benefits for entrepreneurs through the green resource line and green credit line.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to expand cooperation on the above-mentioned issues.
